SEVEN GREEN PAY PACKERS QUESTIONED IN ALLEGED SEX ASSAULT

Seven Green Bay Packer players were questioned by Lake Delton police in reference to an alleged sexual assault of two women. The two women befriended the players earlier in the day as they were in town to play in a celebrity golf tournament and later in the evening the women accompanied the players to the condo that they all were sharing. After drinking for a good part of the evening the women and one player went into a bedroom where the alleged assault occurred. The women called 911 and claimed that they were assaulted by more than one man at some point of the early morning. Upon arrival, the police questioned all seven players and released six of them. One player, whose name has not been released, was questioned for a second time and admitted that consensual sex occurred between him and the women. According to police, the women changed their story when questioned in depth and at this point the investigation continues. The case will be presented to Lake Delton prosecutors Monday or Tuesday stated a spokesman for the police department. The players who were identified as being present were QB Matt Flynn, S Khalil Jones, G Josh Sitton, FB Korey Hall, LB Brad Jones nd LB Clay Matthews. Second year CB Brandon Underwood is said to the the investigated player says sources close to the team.
