Rogerio Rodriguez and his family, speaking thru his attorney Samuel Reef (his attorney; REALLY), has stated that the 44 year old driver has taken a turn for the worse since the accident. He had to undergo emergency surgery and remains in very serious condition. He is in a touch and go state and they are fearing the worse as far as his health goes.
Police officers that showed at the scene, took reports and talked with witnesses that say Rodriguez ran the red light that was in his lane of traffic and subsequently hit Brady as he entered the intersection. Of course Rodriguez still claims that he had a green light and Brady ran the red. This is clearly an attempt to reach into the newly jingling pockets of Brady that signed a new long term deal just this past weekend. Lame attempt man, get outta the hospital bed and go back to work!
