The Philadelphia Eagles have traded backup RB Mike Bell to the Cleveland Browns for their backup RB Jerome Harrison. The Eagles seem to have garnered the better pick as Harrison was an up and coming back last year rushing for over 800 yards. This year he has been shelved but will see significant time with Philadelphia as the Eagle offense has taken a huge hit due to injuries
