The Carolina Panthers have cut WR Dwayne Jarrett after he was arrested for a 2nd DWI in Charlotte this morning. He may elect to file a grievance as is his right. The NFL has rules in place in all player contracts that state a player cannot be cut for alcohol related arrests because it falls within the substance abuse policy.
